User agreement
Last updated: October 3, 2026. By using InMillhouse, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The agency and the research instrument
InMillhouse is a public relations and media intelligence agency. This website presents our services and provides Interrogate the Archive, an AI-assisted instrument for searching public archives. These website terms do not establish a client engagement; professional services require a separate agreement. InMillhouse is independent of the agencies and archives shown here. Research answers, citations, summaries and source passages may be incomplete, mistaken or out of date. Verify important claims against the original records before relying on them.
Accounts and access
You may browse as a guest or create an account with email and password. Keep your login secure and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account. Access limits are temporarily disabled before launch; the pricing page describes proposed plans, but paid checkout is not available yet. We will update these terms if paid subscriptions become available.
Permitted use
Use only publicly accessible materials and respect archives’ access rules and intellectual property rights. Do not use this service for harassment, unlawful surveillance, illegal activity or to claim official affiliation with a government agency. Source records remain subject to their original rights and conditions.
Availability and liability
Search providers, archives and AI services can be unavailable or change without notice. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of accuracy or uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on generated output. This does not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.
Your data and changes
See our Privacy & Data Policy for data handling and deletion options. We may change these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Stop using the service if you disagree.
