About InMillhouse
InMillhouse is a public relations and media intelligence agency. Our practice brings research, reputation counsel, crisis communications and media strategy together, so that an organisation's public voice is informed by the world in which it must be heard. Evidence precedes judgement; judgement informs communication. The archive is one instrument of that work, not its boundary.

Professional profile
A political perspective. An institutional understanding. An analytical approach.
With an educational background in political science, Martins Ate brings an analytical perspective to public affairs, political research and strategic communications. His professional experience spans Latvian public administration, European institutional settings and international project work.
His early career included work with the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) in Brussels, Latvia's Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Children and Family Affairs, the Naturalisation Board and the State Insolvency Agency. His background also includes United Nations projects and the preparation of applications for government funding.
This breadth of experience informs an approach attentive to institutional processes, policy context and the interests behind public decisions. His analytical strength lies in examining complex information, questioning assumptions and translating research into considered strategic judgement.
“Evidence precedes judgement; judgement informs communication.”
